04 April 2013 I have filled my FY 2009-10 & FY 2011-12 ( as a nil)

i skip my return for fy 2010-11

give a appropriate suggestion.

but can file manually in department.

04 April 2013 no penalty....only can be implied when u have taxes due and your income cross basic exemption limit...and that also in rare cases..
for refund you should engage any CA those have contact in Income tax office they can help you to get your refund..
