and is there any difference between sister concern and associates concern ??

29 December 2015 Sister companies are subsidiary companies owned by the same parent company. Each of the sister companies operates separately and may have no connection other than sharing the same parent company.

30 December 2015 associate company in business valuation is a company in which another company owns a significant portion of voting shares, usually 20–50%. In this case, an owner does not consolidate the associate's financial statements.

So in Associates company is not hold full extent in associate company but sister company 100% owned by Parent Company.
