16 September 2018 Sir,
I got the Message my Provisional Id of GST has been canceled .Apply for the new GST number, as a contractor i got bill in the month of nov 17 to mar 18.If i have to apply for new GST than how can i submit the GST for last year .

Please guide.

16 September 2018 as per provision if you have to apply for cancle you have to file GSTR 10 but in your case there is No need to file Return of previous year as per canclelation by GST department. Your can book you loss and adjust after New Registration obtained in This Year.

16 September 2018 Your Clients may file there return by allowing your Letter Head Proof with Bills provided by you sir, They can't get tax credit as the disputed transactions (due to your reg. cancle)

16 September 2018 You have to apply for fresh registration. Govt allow to get provisional ID active till 31 August 2018, this date is also over.
You cant declare your last year details now.

I want to know how to adjust loss In new registration.After all I have prepare IT file also.

17 September 2018 You can use Rates and Taxes head/ledger for accounting to absorb all loss due to this Process
