I HAVE INVESTED 100000/- IN MARKET LINKED SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY WITH LIC 3YRS COMPLETE AND NOW I HAVE SURRENDER THE SAME BEFORE MATURITY AND RECVD 160000/- AND TDS MADE U/S 194DA.
WHETHER I HAVE TO INCLUDE IN MY TOTAL INCOME THE AMT REVCD FROM LIC 160000/- OR 60000/- PL EXPLAIN
