Signature on online exam application form

Respected sir/mam,
is it mandatory for direct Entry student to take signature from principle under whom the article-ship is doing, on Online Exam application form even after the completion of article-ship?
(or)
Is it OK? if student takes signature on online exam application form from any practicing chartered accountant.
Sir Please clarify the quarry because their is no option in the application form that's why it made me to write mail to you. and I hope that you will give response as soon as possible.

If articleship is over and you have the form 108 signed, than your exam form can be signed by any practising CA
