who will sign in case of death of partner in deed? e g there are A B C D partners in the firm and A died and now who will sign in partnership reconstitutional deed on behalf of deceased partner or no need to take such sign..?

Partnership dissolves on the death of the partner. Reconstitutional deed has to be signed by the legal heirs of the deceased Partner, who were agreed to be taken as partners by the remaining existing partners.
