22 March 2011 Dear Sir,

Please clarify,
Whether the Name of the Director appointed vide form 32, which is under process and sent by MCA for re-submission, would appear under Signatory Details in the portal.

Also please suggest the procedure to get the certified copy of the e-form which is not appearing for public viewing in the portal, but SRN for the same is known.

22 March 2011 As regards your first question, when the form is under process, the director who is appointed, his name will not appear in the director's list in MCA portal.

You will not get certified copy of the form which is not approved.

23 March 2011 Agree with Krishnaji for the first query.

As far as second query is concerned, if the form is approved but not appearing in electronic mode, you can inspect the company file maintained in ROC physically by paying Rs.50/- towards inspection fees and get certified copies. If the form is under process and not approved, then Krishnaji's answer hold good.

23 March 2011 Efiled forms are not available with ROC physically for inspection. You can get certified copied if applied after paying proper fees.
