THE INDIVIDUAL IS NOW RESIDING OUTSIDE INDIA BUT HAS AUTHORISED HIS SISTER POWER OF AUTHORITY TO SIGN ANY DOCUMENT ON BEHALF OF HIM CAN SHE SIGN THE INCOME TAX RETURN?? IF YES THEN ON VERIFICATION PAGE WHOSE PAN WILL BE WRITTEN? BRO OR SISTERS?

The power holder can sign the return of income of the assessee as per section 140(a)(ii) of the Income tax Act,1961.
Assessee's name and his/her PANo is to be filled in the verification part of the return.
