it's been 7 years since I started CA. Now I m 24. Training done from Delhi firm. Gained knowledge in the field of Bank Audit, CAG Audit, Dvat Audit, Accounting at client sight,
Now I m in final 3 attempt already given, 4th one is coming near giving only 1st group.
Now what Should I do. Should I do job after exam and what's pay I should expect and it's increment

Yes do job after exams. You can take some assignment of accounting at client site. Take up GST assignment​.
