what is the prospects if BPO jobs for CA professional? can they have sustained growth for average/ above average person?

BPO has great avenues in field of Accounting, Taxation, Finance and Audits.
If you are a CA then you are far above average non qualified professionals to get a job there.

Agreed with Expert, but if you are CA students and doing article ship then you will file Form-112 with Institute for doing work in BPO.
Regulation 65 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, reads as under.
“Without the previous permission of the Council, obtained on application made in the approved form, no articled assistant shall, during the period of his service as an articled assistant, take any other course of study or training, whether academic or professional, or engage in any business or occupation.”
