Shortage in refund of tax

An insurance agent filed the it return claiming a TDS credit of Rs.29000/- and a refund of Rs.25000/- as per the Form No.16A issued to him. The IT department processed the same and refuned only Rs.3000/- as the TDS credit available at the time of processing the return of Rs.7000/-. Theinsurance agent contacted the insurance company and they revised the tds return and now the TDS credit available is Rs.29000/-. Now what is the procedure for getting back the shortage in refund of tax.
