Dear Friend
We received loose scrap by transport. There is shortage in loading weight and unloading.
Now the question is how to treat these shortage to excise record.
does it make any difference :-
1. If did not deduct any amount as its normal course of business.
2. If we deduct Freight and material price from transport.

issue debit note to supplier,
take credit of actual quantity recd, and proportionate credit also ( not full)
