Sirs,
One of my client have lodging & boarding cum shopping complex. [Underground : Bar & Rest. running by the owner. Ground floor : Shopping complex which is let out, I & II Floors : Lodging Rooms running by the owner.]
Now my question is can i treat the rent from shopping complex is house property income.

Yes , Shopping Complex is let out and its Rent has to be taken under IFHP.
