Please let me know, what are the different documents required for the new registration under Shops & Establishment Act, 1954 . The Company is situated at Netaji Subhash Place (Pitampura)

25 July 2025 For Shop & Establishment Act, Delhi (1954) new registration, typically, you need to submit the following documents:

Common Documents Required for Registration under Delhi Shops & Establishment Act:
Application form (duly filled)

Proof of Address of the establishment (any one):

Rent agreement

Electricity bill

Property tax receipt

Ownership Proof of premises:

Ownership documents or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner if rented

Identity proof of the employer/owner:

Aadhar card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving license

List of employees with details (name, age, designation)

Nature of business or activities carried out in the establishment

Details of working hours, shifts, and holidays (if applicable)

Additional Notes:
If you are registering a new shop or commercial establishment, usually you have to apply within 30 days of commencement.

The registration can often be done online through the official Delhi Government labor department website.

The registration certificate will be issued after verification.
