what is the provision and procedure for change in registered office of a company from one district to another in the same state but not in the jurisdiction of same Registrar of Companies.

Dear, As u know that you are not shifting ur office within the state so that u will have to inform to roc in form 18 which would be the conclusive proof of address change. You are not required to amend ur memorandum etc. for proof of address change then u can provide that form everywhre alongwith memorandum.
