please anyone guide me about shifting of branch office of public ltd co
one of our branch is located in jamshedpur (jharkhand) we want to shift this branch to rachi (jharkhand) what will the procedure should be follow and what about the TIN No.

your are the same TIN of HO and branch then you have to write a letter on the company letter head, and submit the original RC for remove the branch address from the RC.
if you have seperate RC for branch then you file the VAt return of the monthly/quarterly and send a letter with original RC for surrender of VAT number.
