Dear Sir,
I want to know if I am a director of a Pvt ltd firm and i have 40% shares.
may i have to show all shares in our personal ITR or not.

Not required to show your shareholding details. However, the company should be disclose the directors name, address, PAN, DIN and shareholding details in its ITR
