share warrants are issued by a public comapany and pvt ltd co., cannot issue warrants

My query is for what purpose the warrants are issued

Please resolve the query.

27 May 2011 Warrant can be issued for various purpose on an application by the shareholder who don't want to be as member and etc. with warrant he can received dividend just by showing warrant but all the rights of the member will be remove from him but can be given again only on submission of the warrant.
