15 April 2021 Dear Sir, A private limited company wants to value their eauity shares , from whom we or who can do the valuation of share for the transfer of shares in other name , by Accountant or Merchant Bankers on NAV method or FMV or any other method. It is just transfer only by person to another other than existing share holder
