Is it necessary to intimate transfer of shares and deeds to ROC in case of a pvt ltd co. ?

If so within what time period.

Can i take a print out of 7B from net or i have to buy it.

17 May 2011 simply fill form 7 B (share transfer form) > fill the required filled > signed by transferor & transferee > stamped (0.25% of consideration value or Face value..whichever is higher)> lodgment to company with share certificate.....
