Dear sir
If i square up a transaction on the same day it is called intra day but if i purchase shares today and sold these tomorrow or day after tomorrow (delivery of shares not taken in personal demat account): will this transaction is treated as intra day for 44AB purpose or is it treated as STCG or LTCG.

Nop it will not be considered even many of assesses doing intra day transection and claining that under CG
