I hv to split up share having distinctive no. 7426-10000 Cert No. 20 into 2 share cert.. 975 shares and 1600 shares.. Should the new share cert contain new distinctive nos and cert no or just break up of the old??

12 December 2013 Distinctive No. of shares not change. You must break the old distinctive no. in you case 7426-8400 and 8401-10000.

12 December 2013 Certificate no will be new generated, please check what is last certificate no issued by co. there after you will issue this two new certificate.

12 December 2013 Certificate No should be different from old one. Two new separate No. shall be given to share certificate.
