Every company needs to file Form 20B (Annual Return) with ROC. The Company is required to attach list of Shareholders as on date of AGM with this form. You can do public search on MCA website (by paying Rs 100) by which you can see and download all the forms filed by the Company. There you can download Form 20B.
You will get details only if the Company has filed Form 20B.
