Share holder don't want the share

One of the share holder of the company ( his share transfer form is still not filed with ROC)is asking to not file his share transfer form to ROC and since the company is loss making he don't want the share inside the company. What are the papers we need to sign from him for a legal exit.

Thanks for your message, The shareholder wants an exit from the company, he don't want the invested money as well as shares of the company. So what all the documentation we need to do.

Documents Need to file With MCA, Since You Told That No Docs Filed yet for First transfer, then You Just Need to Settle Issue With Mutual Understanding,
