Share holder don't want the share

08 February 2013 One of the share holder of the company ( his share transfer form is still not filed with ROC)is asking to not file his share transfer form to ROC and since the company is loss making he don't want the share inside the company. What are the papers we need to sign from him for a legal exit.

08 February 2013 Thanks for your message, The shareholder wants an exit from the company, he don't want the invested money as well as shares of the company. So what all the documentation we need to do.
