I hv received partial share from my HUF amounting to Rs. 15 lacs. Whether it is taxable or not.
Also pl guide in which column to show in the ITR form .

NO, HUF is having Business Income and there are three Members of HUf. Amt tfd from HUf capital account.

Capital receipts are not taxable, but reasoning matters.
