Can we sent the Share certificates after sub-division of share capital by way of hand delivery or it is mandatory to sent the share certificates by registered post only
The sharehodler are our inhouse shareholders. And our company is lisited company.
And we had dispatch the balance share certificate to our RTA for dispatching, but they are demanding from us the postal receipt of the share certificate of disptach

It is not mandatory to sent share certificates by registered post the share certificates can be given to member personally..
