08 January 2010 Hello Everyone...

The name of my company has been changed and now we need to issue fresh certificate. Please tell me the date to be printed on the Share Certificate.

i.e the date of name change of comapny or the date of share allottment in the Old name of the company.

08 January 2010 Hi,

No need to issue fresh share certificate in case of name change.

Simply prepare stickers with new name of the company and send them to the share holders for pasting on the share certificate.

Date of issue of share certificate will remain the same.
