Dear Sir,
Is there any limit of share numbers in one share certificate?
Example: 100 shares are alloted of Rs.10 each, so how many share certificate need to issue.

No any limit, but normally they are in the denomination of 50 or 100. Now a days, after d mat, this concept has lost its importance.
