09 August 2012 A listed Company's address and Directors has changed so can the Company use the same share certificates after some cutting on old stationary? If Act and Rules objects then pls state.

09 August 2012 It is advisable to change share certificate. However there is no bar even to use the old one with suitable modifications. Regards
