whether a seperate share certificate is issued by a co to its shareholder holding both the equity and prref. shares for eq and pref. shares ???
and one more thing if a shareholder has 50 shares of a co then the co will issue a single sh. certificate for all these 50 shares or 50 sep sh. certificates for each share ???

Different shares certificate for pref & equity shares.
If one allotment of 50 shares is made by the company then 1 share certificate can be issued by the company.
If one allotment of 50 shares is made by the company then 1 share certificate can be issued by the company.

At every allotment whether it is equity shares or preference shares it is required to issue share certificate to the allottee as per Companies Act, 1956.
