After the change in name of company, is it necessary to print new share certificates or we can simply put a new name sticker on old name .

YES ITS NOT MANDATORY TO CHANGE BUT ITS ADVISABLE TO PRINT NEW CERTIFICATES IF THERE IS CHANGE IN OBJECT TOO THAN YOU MUST REQUIRED TO CHANGE DUE TO CHANGE IN CIN NO.
