WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF SHARE CAPITAL WITH EXAMPLE?

authorised SC - this is theorotical limit co. can issue unless it increases further
issued capital - this is the nominal amt of share capital issued
called up capital - this is that amt of issued capital on which calls have been made
paid up capital- this is the amt of capital on which the co. have received money from shareholders
eg. XYZ Ltd has 10l auth cap
out of which 8l is issued
out of which 4l is called up
out of which only 3.5l is paid
