Under which section, caselaws or act it is said that the Were it is said that the Indian evidence act is not applicable to the income tax act, 1961 & income tax rules, 1962 to interpretated the evidence of the documents.

02 January 2010 Shadow Director is a person who is not formally appointed as a director, but in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of a company are accustomed to act. However, a person is not a shadow director merely because the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity.
This concept is from The Companies Bill,2008.

02 January 2010 Shadow Director is the person on whose directions the board of directors is accustomed to act , Accustomed to Act does not means one time acting on his direction , it means continous working on the direction given by such person , also person giving proffesional advice is not a shadow director
