22 May 2017 Company being covered under tax audit but do not any cash sales above Rs. 200000/- and nor such payment to credit card or term deposit paid via cash. Also, there is no cash deposit in the specified period . whether still need to report under form 61A?

22 May 2017 ideally you should file a no-data return. Just to make sure that it is not open for income-tax department to unnecessarily bug you later.

Step 2 : Go to Efile
Step 3 : attached zip file of form 61A
step 4 : attached dsc using DSC management utility
but it is giving error again and again DSC is expired or register your DSC
but where to register , no where it is mentioned.
