which book should be recommended for SFM of CA Final? Is practice manual and classes notes are sufficient?

For Strategic Financial Management you may refer A.N. Sridhar or V. Pattabi Ram.
As per my opinion Practice manual, class notes along with ICAI study mat is enough.
Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.
For some good notes explore CAClubindia forum and share file section. You may also use search facility of club.
