23 September 2013 I want to ask whether concept problem 9 in sd bala book of sfm ca final is right or wrong. It is of capital budgeting-2 chapter and page no. Is 27 in book. Why the working capital amount is not inclded in initial cash outflow. Please help me. I am self preparing this paper.

23 September 2013 appears to be a mistake. Because if u see in the the problem 10, they have captured working cap movement.

Anyways, I never liked Bala particularly. very weird way of explaining concepts.
