1) If Capitalization rate of a concern is high means what it indicates ?

in banking parlour both these are used synonimously. Capitalisation rate is high can have different meanings. It may be aiming at Market Capitalisation. It may aim at fixed asset purchses.. we need to ask the presentor.. the one who says so.
