02 April 2018 Hii, my question is what is the procedure to prepare The Letter of Undertaking without payment of IGST? For Example- service provider is security service agency & Service receiver is in SEZ territory, is there any requirement to do the same?

02 April 2018 You can prepare LUT online after login to the portal.Supply to SEZ can be made without payment of IGST under LUT /bond or with payment of IGST.

04 April 2018 Thanks for your reply. One more question regarding this topic. In GSTR-1 return where i have to put the sale / export value to mention my SEZ sale (without the payment of IGST under LUT).
