i want to know what are the legal formalities to set up Service providing Agency?
Recruitment and Financial Consultant Service Agency?
Apart from getting service Tax registration number , what are the mandatory registrations??

If its a Partnership Firm then Capital Contribution has to be decided and Partnership Agreement has to be made.
Trade Licence must be obtained
