Please suggest me whether Short Term Capital Loss on equity shares with STT can be adjusted with Short Term Capital Gain on Jewellery ?

In the STCL - STT will not be included.
It can be set off against STCG on Jewellery.
It can be set off against STCG on Jewellery.

Ok. Sir you mean to say that if share trading is considered as business activity then STT will be included otherwise under Capital Gain STT will not be included.
