Set off of brought forward lossess

A Ltd has applied for liquidation in 1986. All the accounts are maintained by the liquidator. Before liquidation order has been passed, company has REVIVED in 2010. A Ltd is having brought forward lossess. Can these lossess can be claimed now as almost more than 16 to 17 years ?

In my view only depreciation loss can be claimed in the given circumstances.
