can any one tell me set off available for n event management co. under CENVAT credit rules 2004

Set off is available to all categories of tax payers, subject to the rules. What is your specific query?

The event management company can avail CENVAT credit on inputs purchased by it and input services used by it in the course of providing the event management service. The CENVAT credit on inputs and input services availed by the co can be set off against the service tax liability on the services provided by the co.
