Dear Experts,
We have newly started a Software Development Service Firm. We have purchased some web services like Templates, Domains, Web hosting for developing the website for our customers, which is inclusive of Service Tax. My query is should we charge service tax to our customer in the Invoice

Register for service tax when your total service for the year exceeds 9 lacs and charge service tax when it exceeds 10 lacs. From next year service tax chargeable from first invoice if during the previous year your service exceeded 10 lacs. Cenvat credit can be availed on your service tax payment on your purchases.
