Company "B" renders services to Naval Ship.
Service Tax is not applicable on services rendered Company B.
Is service tax applicable on services rendered by company "A".

Only in case of Works Contract Services the exemption has been given to sub-contractor. If it is not works contract, the exemption is not available.
