Service tax & vat in a single invoice

11 July 2012 We have stores that sell fabric and accessories and also offer tailoring services . My question is whether one invoice can be raised for both sale of product as well as tailoring services , as one attracts vat while the other service tax ! Thanks

Yes it can be done. You have calculate ST and VAT on respective taxable amounts and show seperately.....MJK
