Hello Experts,
I want to start up a business. contractor is asking for TIN no & Service tax no along with contract license.
Is Service tax no really necessary & how does it impacts business.

To start a busines syou need to have some identity.
TIN No and SErvice tax gives you identity in legal framework.
Both are not mandatory.
However, if terms of your contract requries them then you hav to take registration in respective laws.
