12 July 2012 A Company has registration under one REG. No....for different services. Now i want to surrender the other 4 services and keep the registration continuing for One main service.

How can i do that Online...Please suggest the steps...

When i login - click on surrender - the surrender form opens...but i want to surrender for 4 services...rest Main service to remain as it is..

pls suggest...

12 July 2012 With effect from 01.07.12 onwards, 10 services have been brought under reverse charge mechanism and if you fall as the service receiver such services are to be included in the RC. So donot surrender/modify now. In future, the rc will be issued without naming the services and it will be issued like Excise RC. It will be issued as "service provider/service receiver".

There is nothing wrong in keeping other 4 services in the RC, because the simplified one page ST3 Return is in offing. All services turnover will be shown in one column.

14 July 2012 Mr. Rengaraj, please help me. I am not able to find under which provision, I have to take registration of service on which reverse charge mechanism applies.
