30 March 2016 I have not filed service tax returns from fy 2012-2013, but have paid service tax on respective due dates. can I file service tax return now??

30 March 2016 Service Tax Return can be filed any time upto 5 years, but the Late Fee for filing is Rs.100/- per day subject to a maximum of Rs.20,000/-. In the financial year 2012 - 13 there were 3 ST - 3 Returns and hence late fee of Rs, 60,000/- would have to be paid. There are no provisions for either compounding this fees nor having the same reduced or waived.
