i taken my service tax no. on jan.12 but i have not filled my service tax returns.
but now i want to filled service tax return on this quarter. its possible

There is good news for you that Government has announced Amnesty Scheme for Service Tax defaulters.
Every assess who has not filed their Service Tax Returns or neither paid service tax nor filed Returns can now deposit tax & file return without any penalty or interest.

So I advise you to file return for all the Half-yearly returns now.

its a nil returns for all quarter.its possible to not filled any return in fy - 201213 and starts from fy - 201314.

First thing s that you have to file returns on Half yearly basis and not on quarterly basis.
So your first return would be for Oct-11 to Mar-12 Half Year, where you fill up only Jan-Mar 2012 details.
Second is that you have to file returns for all the half years irrespective of Value services provided.
