01 October 2012 Is there any change in the Service Tax Return for April to Sept 2012?

01 October 2012 Hiiii,

There is nothing which can changed , same ST-3 is there, but as u know negative list comes into existence from 1st july, and payments code is also changed means now there is one payment code, so as per recent circular, insted of giving data of 6 months in half yearly return, we have to give 3 months data from 1st april to 30th june. in half yearly return and the due date as u know is 25th october.

01 October 2012 No circular has been issued so far by thr ministry....So there is no clarity on this...

01 October 2012 Till now, no explanatory circular is issued by the department, expecting soon it will get cleared by the deppt.

02 October 2012 Circular has been issued on the same date when Notification was issued. As per this Circular Service tax return for period July to Sept. shall be indicated separately in revised format shortly.
